Featured Caregiver for November 2025
[/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ text_font=”PT Sans||||||||” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]
Meet our Featured Caregiver for the month of November… Julie!
Julie has been a caregiver with Sunny Days for 4 years! She is originally from Cooperstown and currently lives in Franklin with her family and pet chicken. Julie’s favorite food is cabbage and black bean soup. Her favorite movie is E.T., and she enjoys listening
to 80s rock and blues music. A fun fact about Julie is that she likes to race on her 4-wheeler. Outside of work, Julie stays active and spends time with her family and her church.
Julie’s favorite part about being a caregiver is the difference she gets to make in her clients’ lives, as well as the knowledge and experience she obtains from them. When asked about what caregiving means to her, Julie replied: “… I have the opportunity
to improve the quality of one’s life. Creating a connection between myself and others that provides assurance, comfort, and support. To give the best quality of life possible.” Julie’s advice to new caregivers is to remember to take care of yourself, be patient
with your clients, and always remember to communicate. Julie’s favorite memory is when she had a client that loved to have her hair done at the beauty shop but wasn’t able to go anymore. Julie has training in Cosmology, so she gathered up everything and took
it to work with her. Julie asked if she would like to get her hair done and her eyes lit up.
We are blessed to have Julie as a part of our team at Sunny Days and cannot thank her enough for all that she does. Congratulations on being our featured caregiver for November!
