Meet our Featured Caregiver for the month of February…..Marcel!!

Marcel has been with Sunny Days for 3 years! He is from Paterson, NJ and currently lives in New Castle, PA. He has 3 sisters; Alexandria, Latoya, Tchanavia. His favorite food is sweet potatoes, his favorite movie is Wanted, and his favorite music is R&B. A fun fact about Marcel is that he loves playing video games!

Marcel’s favorite part about caregiving is the relationships he builds with his clients. When asked about what caregiving means to him, Marcel replied, “What caregiving means to me is to be there for someone who really needs your help.” His advice to new caregivers is to be patient and understanding. His favorite memory with a client was about a year ago when his favorite football team played the Steelers, which was his client Frank’s team because it was just a funny and exciting day.
